IU-1000F Care Packs can be purchased for each year of warranty or extended service contract coverage, and offer the following additional support:

Provides 2 preventative maintenance (PM) visits per year, including PM parts
Increases print head coverage to up to 4 print heads per year
Prioritized, next business day* response time on services calls

IU-1000F Care Pack price: $5,499/year

Note: Care Packs must be added to existing limited warranty coverage, or extended service contract coverage (purchased separately).
