Please be advised, Roland DG, DGSHAPE will be discontinuing live service and support, parts, and accessories for the following dental mill:
  • DWX-4W on October 1, 2023
Roland DGA recognizes that it is important that we make this process as transparent as possible to our customers and partners so that they may make strategic plans for upgrades and purchases associated with their use of Roland DG and DGSHAPE products.

Access to technical support information will still be available, but practical service or support from Roland DGA/DGSHAPE service representatives will no longer be offered.
