Start Cutting" is not available to output the file to ether the mill or to a file.
Details
Symptom
Tool magazine is not set with the tools required to mill the part.
Solution
If the "Start Cutting" is not available you will need to edit the magazine. If the magazine is set and the "Start Cutting" is still not available, make sure the mill is turned on and enter has been pushed on the handy panel.
