Solution

1. Make sure the MDX-40A will power on and fully initialize.

2. Is the computer connected?

3. Is the MDX-40A driver installed correctly? It needs to be installed in a specific sequence.

Refer to the MDX-40A User's Manual Page 38, "Installing the Windows based driver".

4. The VPanel can only control one MDX-40A, not multiple units to one single computer.
