Symptom
Symptoms may include DisplayStudio continuing to reboot, a playlist not playing after being sent or a file being skipped in a playlist.
Cause
The cause of the issue may be that a file loaded into DisplayStudio has a special character in it. DisplayStudio does not support characters such as "&", "%", registered symbols or trademark symbols.
Solution
The solution is to delete the file with the special character in DisplayStudio. Then resave the file without the symbol and reload it into DisplayStudio. The file will playback properly.
