Customer has changed or forgotten any or all of their passwords or added a new user to the software but forgotten the login details
Details
Symptom
​Customer has changed or forgotten any or all of their passwords or added a new user to the software but forgotten the login details.

Cause
​User error.

Solution
​​Have customer connect keyboard and mouse to media player.
1- Keyboard Windows button (to access Start button)/Stop Roland DisplayStudio
2- Start button/Computer/C/www/SERVER
3- Locate "users.xml"
4- Right click on file and DELETE
5- Click on Favorites/Desktop
6- Right click on Recycle and select Empty Recycle
7- Start button/Restart
After restart, passwords for back end browser access and front end Adobe AIR/DisplayStudio application are reset to default. This includes any user additions or changes made through the Adobe AIR/DisplayStudio application.
Default User ID & Passwords--
Back end browser access: config/cfgpasswd
NOTE: User ID for back end browser access cannot be changed, it is always "config"
Adobe AIR/DisplayStudio application: admin/password
