Files Won't Load Into Library

The library is completely empty although files have been loaded onto it. When dragging files into the library from your desktop, they appear to be loading but then an error occurs and they are not shown in the list.

Symptom
The library is completely empty although files have been loaded onto it. When dragging files into the library from your desktop, they appear to be loading but then an error occurs and they are not shown in the list.
Cause
The hard drive might be full.
Solution
To verify the storage space used, from DisplayStudio, click on 'Settings' then 'Screens'. Click on the down arrow (option available after v1.10) next to the screen name and it will show near the bottom of the graph the "Used storage: __%". If this percentage is large make sure to delete unused files from the library using the 'Remove' button at the bottom of the library.
