Situation/Error Cause
The air pressure in the milling area may not be appropriate.

Procedure
1. Review the regulator settings.
               P. 44Step 4: Adjusting the Pressure of the Compressed Air

2. Clear the error or resume milling.

•  If the error occurred during milling Press the touch sensor on the built-in panel. Milling resumes.
• If the error occurred while the machine was on standby Hold down the touch sensor on the built-in panel. This will clear the error.

3. Make sure that the compressor supplying air pressure meets the following specifications.

• Control pressure : Between 0.5 and 1.0 MPa (72.6 – 145 PSI) [Gauge] .
• Air capacity : 66 liter/min (23.3 CFM) or more (per machine).

Diagnostics:
1. Insufficient air pressure in milling area. 
2. Inspect connections between regulator, mill and compressor.
3. Air leakage from air path

If the Error Occurs Again Contact your authorized Roland DG Corporation dealer.
