The 4-color VersaArt printers combine the compact design and ease of use of the best-selling VersaCAMM series with advanced technologies such as Roland Intelligent Pass Control from the PRO III XJ series in one affordable package. Roland Eco-Sol MAX ink provides fast drying time, high density, wide color gamut, rugged scratch resistance, low cost per sqft, and broad uncoated as well as coated media support. MAX ink is virtually odorless and graphics are water and UV resistant up to 3 years outdoors without lamination. For blazing fast production of 6-color banners, the SOLJET PRO III printers set the standard. Roland AdvancedJET grand format printers support a host of remarkable features that establish them as the most versatile, low maintenance, high production printers on the market today. Eco-Xtreme inks produce rich, vibrant images even in high speed production modes, with increased color density, superior bonding with uncoated substrates, enhanced scratch and alcohol resistance.

Mesh Banners
Roland AdvancedJET grand format printers offer enhanced production with the optional MU Mesh Printing Unit for economical unlined mesh media. Custom engineered for the AJ, the MU is easy to attach and detach and features a built-in drainage system for easy removal of excess ink. Popular for a variety of indoor and outdoor applications, mesh is particularly well suited for graphics that may be exposed to excessive wind or any graphic calling for a unique sheer look. Unlined mesh offers many advantages over lined mesh including a lower cost per square foot. In addition, unlined mesh is easier to print, handle and transport, and it does not generate liner waste.
Metallic Effects
Winner of the DPI 2009 Product of the Year award in the Ink Category, Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX ink makes it easier and more affordable than ever for you to print true metallic colors for dramatic effect and high profit margins. Featured in SOLJET PRO III XC-540MT and VersaCAMM VS-640 printer/cutters, Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX can be printed as a spot color for vibrant silver text and graphics or combined with CMYK to create an entire spectrum of metallic hues including gold, bronze and a host of pearlescent colors. This breakthrough silver ink technology delivers high density and enables you to produce premium banners that command premium prices.
Roland R-Wear Studio is the most comprehensive apparel and gift design software ever produced. The software lets you create all elements of a design, including images, text, shapes, and rhinestone patterns. Roland R-Wear Studio can output to the Roland EGX-350 desktop engraver, the GX-24 desktop cutter, the Roland VP-300 printer/cutter and any standard inkjet printer. This unprecedented versatility is the key to creating such a wide range of custom gift and apparel products.
Heat Press, Engraving Stock & Heat Transfer Tape
After cutting your design into standard engraving stock, simply set the rhinestones into the design’s holes, cover them with the hot fix transfer tape and heat press them onto the garment. The entire process takes just a matter of minutes!
