Engraving on Cylindrical Metals and Glass

Engineered for ease of use and safety, the Roland EGX-360 Rotary Gift Engraver engraves complex designs onto curved, cylindrical, domed, flat and irregular surfaces including glass, acrylics, woods, laminates, metals and many other materials. Extensive fixture options secure a variety of products, including glassware, bottles, vases, tankards, goblets, flasks, watches, rings, pens, plaques, trophy cups, trophy shields, signs and control panels.

Full Color Awards

Nothing gets attention like color. For truly custom awards, you can reverse print and die cut graphics with a Roland VersaCAMM printer/cutter and mount on the back of engraved acrylic for a 3D effect. More traditional plaques really pop when sublimated. Roland Hi-Fi Express 74” sublimation printer turns the ordinary into extraordinary.

Photo Impact Printing

Roland R-Wear Studio is the most comprehensive apparel and gift design software ever produced. The software lets you create all elements of a design, including images, text, shapes, and rhinestone patterns. Roland R-Wear Studio can output to the Roland EGX-350 desktop engraver, the GX-24 desktop cutter, the Roland VP-300 printer/cutter and any standard inkjet printer. Heat Press, Engraving Stock & Heat Transfer Tape
After cutting your design into standard engraving stock, simply set the rhinestones into the design’s holes, cover them with the hot fix transfer tape and heat press them onto the garment. The entire process takes just a matter of minutes!
