Rhinestone Decoration

Producing custom rhinestone templates for popular fashion accents to clothing and accessories has never been easier or more profitable than with Roland’s EGX series of desktop engravers and R-Wear StudioSoftware. Included at no extra charge with Roland’s EGX-350 desktop engraver, EGX-360 Rotary Gift Engraver or EGX-400/600 engravers, R-Wear software guides you through the entire process, allowing you to import art work or design new graphics, patterns or text to produce custom rhinestone templates.

For a more entry-level workflow, R-WearStudio software also allows you to create custom rhinestone templates using Roland’s GX series of cutters, personalizing everything from T-shirts and handbags to wine bottles and cell phones with only a small investment.

Heat Applied Digital Cut Graphics

Roland’s GX-24 cutter is the perfect tool for cutting a wide range of colorfast heat-applied materials for personalizing jerseys, caps, gym bags and jackets using heat-applied materials like flock, reflective, neon, glitter and twill.

Print & Cut Heat Transfers

This solution is ideal for full-color, short-run t-shirts, sweatshirts, bags, hats and other textiles. You will need a Roland printer/cutter, a standard heat press, and our specialized HeatSoft® Transfer Material (ESM-HTM2) and Polyester Transfer Mask (PGM-PTM), specifically designed to work with ECO-SOL MAX ink for print/cut inkjet transfers to cotton or cotton blend garments. Add impact to transfers with metallic silver accents created by SOLJET PRO III XC-540MT, VersaCAMM VS or VersaStudio printer/cutters featuring Metallic Silver ECO-SOL MAX Ink.*

* Metallic silver ink should only be used on garments as a spot color as mixing it with other colors will negatively impact washability.

The software lets you create all elements of a design, including images, text, shapes, and rhinestone patterns. Roland R-Wear Studio can output to the Roland EGX-350 desktop engraver, the GX-24 desktop cutter, the Roland VP-300 printer/cutter and any standard inkjet printer. This unprecedented versatility is the key to creating such a wide range of custom gift and apparel products.

CorelDraw® is not just for creating logos, Web graphics, multi-page marketing brochures, eye-catching signs, etc. It can create rhinestone designs, too!

Heat Press, Engraving Stock & Heat Transfer Tape
After cutting your design into standard engraving stock, simply set the rhinestones into the design’s holes, cover them with the hot fix transfer tape and heat press them onto the garment. The entire process takes just a matter of minutes!
