GX-24 Searches for crop marks when cut files are sent even when the crop marks button is toggled OFF in the plugin. The machine will attempt to correct crop marks on any media or cut files regardless of how the plugin is configured.
Cause
A glitch in an older version of the plugin.
Solution
This can be fixed by downloading the latest plugin from Rolanddg.com, and installing in with Adobe Extension Manager.
