The Rotary Rack XL and XXL were created to add versatility to Roland DG UV flatbed printers by giving users the ability to print on the entire circumference of cylindrical objects such as insulated water bottles, glass vases and candles, drum sticks, shot glasses and a wide variety of objects ranging from 0.5 inch to 7.75 inches in diameter.

Offering extraordinary application versatility, the CO Series can print on objects up to 7.87 inches in height and up to 2373 lb/ft2 in weight.

Distance Mode

The CO Series flatbed UV printers feature an innovative Distance Mode. This makes it possible to print White and CMYK inks onto convex, concave or irregular surfaces whilst maintaining excellent quality and sharpness.

Print Large Quantities of Smaller Items

Improve your productivity with a fast and efficient direct-to-object printing solution. The CO Series lets you print unique details on several items in a single print run and with VersaWorks 6 features like variable data printing, you can individually personalize each item quickly and with minimal set-up.

Safety Control Features

An emergency stop perimeter around base (and on the side of the device) safeguards operators in the busiest of production environments. Plus, there is a signal beacon with variable alerts to clearly highlight the printer status.

Low-Temperature Adjustable UV-LED lamps

Intensity of the UV-LED lamps is adjustable from VersaWorks enabling them to be switched on or off, or anywhere in-between. This means Gloss, Primer and White can be used as an adhesive layer before a secondary process to apply glitter or foil and then cured with UV to seal.

Broad Substrate Compatibility

Print onto a virtually limitless range of flexible and rigid substrates and objects.

Vacuum Bed

The vacuum bed operates quietly and features a reverse blow setting that removes material from the bed for clean and efficient production.
