Roland Care Technical Service Writer DGShape

Roland DGA is looking for a Roland Care Technical Service Writer DGShape to provide technical support to our growing customers under the Roland Care Onsite Service program on the telephone, through online networks and by email. This individual will focus on providing technical support and service coordination for our RCOS program, managing the entire customer experience from monitoring incoming requests, to invoicing the customer at the end of the service event. Ideal candidates will have Dental Lab or Clinical digital restoration experience. Excellent written and verbal communications are required, and bi-lingual is a plus.

Roland Care Technician

Join our Roland Care team and get hands-on with troubleshooting, assembly-level repairs, and technical support for our valued partners, end users, and internal teams. The in person role of  Roland Care Technician involves repair depot operations, warehouse support, and new-product rework activities.
