Symptom
When attempting to remove the GX-24 it says jobs in process when the jobs have been canceled.

Cause
Driver corruption.

Solution
1. Open print server properters in devices and printersOpen print server properters in devices and printer

2. Select driversSelect drivers

3. Make sure to select the GX24 and select remove device and driver package

4. Do not proceed. Now open the computer services and stop the print spooler and then restart the spooler service

5. Now proceed with removing the GX-24
