Techno 7 Grows Hand in Hand with Roland

Tecno 7   |   Guatraché, Argentina

In 2015, when he was just 17 years old, Facundo Miller founded Tecno 7 in his hometown of General San Martín, in La Pampa, Argentina. He started making sublimated products and, a few months later, bought his first cutter and manufactured a manual segelin (cutter) to create corporate banners. In time and after talking with colleagues, Facundo got to know the digital graphics and printing world.

“Roland is a strong ally for exponential growth. The quality, durability, and ease of use of their devices build small businesses.”

The Tecno 7 540-square-foot shop, now located in the town of Guatraché, features a Roland VersaEXPRESS RF-640 large format printer and a Roland CAMM-1 GR-640 cutter. A few blocks away, there is a 2,690-square-foot facility where the assembly work is done: Soldering, painting, structure-building, electrical installation, tensioning, vehicle wrapping, window tinting, and more.

Roland Versatility, Quality and Durability

“When you start out in the graphics world and ask colleagues for advice, they all recommend Roland for its quality and durability,” says Miller.

Miller chose Roland devices for their quality, durability and Roland’s post-sales service. He also appreciates the versatility and precision of the machines, which creates a streamlined workflow when printing vehicle graphics and other applications.

Facundo also praises the simplicity of operation of Roland’s equipment and the accessibility to Roland’s tech support, however, with help from some of his colleagues who are Roland fans, and the technician in charge of the installation, he noticed it was very easy to do it.

Roland, A Great Partner for Growth

Some of the jobs Tecno 7 creates include photographic printing, wholesale signage for industries, canvas signage printed front and back, window and wall graphics, decals for businesses, vehicle graphics, flags, and heat transfers for cotton apparel.

“Roland is a strong ally for exponential growth. The quality, durability, and ease of use of their devices build small businesses,” said Miller.
