The DWX-42W wet dental mill produces up-to three different pin-type blocks continuously with an automatic, one-button operation to enable fast, same-day chairside restoration. Additionally, the DWX-52D and DWX-52 DCi dry dental mills offer 24-hour milling to maximize your production.

DWX-42W wet dental mills offer easy, same day, lab-quality chairside production of crowns, veneers, bridges, and even custom titanium abutments. Our open architecture system allows you to work with a wide range of materials, including the latest in glass ceramics, nano ceramics, composite resins, and pre-milled titanium blanks as part of our new abutment kit solution. The DWX-42W provides a full-service, in-house restorative dental care for your business.

Our Wet Milling Solution
The DWX-42W wet mills the latest glass ceramics, nano ceramics, composite resins, and pre-milled titanium blanks when combined with our new abutment kit. It offers same day, in-house, chairside production of the following crowns, veneers, bridges and custom titanium abutments
Our Dry Milling Solution
DWX-52D and 52DCi dry dental mills offer advanced milling of zirconia, PMMA, wax, PEEK, gypsum, composite resin, and chrome cobalt sintered metal. Produce crowns, bridges, veneers, all-on-four, and traditional full-arch dentures in-house with a full service restorative and prosthetic dental care solution.
Included MillBox CAM software accepts all STL file types and offers the following features for advanced CAM production:

High-Esthetic Applications
The DWX 42W wet dental mill can mill up-to three different glass ceramic or composite resin, mandrill-type blocks at once and is VITA certified for milling VITA ENAMIC, VITABLOCS Mark II and VITA SUPRINITY. These unique materials offer superior edge quality and chipping resistance and have the look and feel of natural teeth with similar abrasion properties.
(VITA SUPRINITY® is only available in Canada and Latin America.)
