Graphics Printed With Roland's SOLJET XF-640, Eco-Sol MAX 2 Inks and Avery Dennison Media Films Backed by Performance Guarantee Up to Seven Years

Digital printing industry leader Roland DGA Corporation has announced that graphics produced with the company's new SOLJET Pro 4 XF-640 printer and Eco-Sol MAX 2 inks are now warranted for up to seven years by the Avery Dennison Integrated Component System (ICS) Performance Guarantee when printed on Avery Dennison® MPI 1005 Supercast series media. Building upon Avery Dennison's existing warranties for many Roland printer and ink combinations, the ICS Performance Guarantee assures end users that they have selected products offering unmatched quality and durability.

Roland large-format printers and Avery Dennison® MP1 1005 Supercast Easy Apply RS™ film are extremely popular with installers of vehicle wraps and fleet graphics. For wrap applications, Roland inkjets offer unparalleled print speeds without sacrificing image quality, while Avery Dennison Easy Apply RS™ (repositionable and slideable) adhesive technology minimizes wrinkling, reduces air entrapment and provides repositionability and slideability for exact positioning. The ICS Performance Guarantee involves extensive durability testing performed by the Avery Dennison Graphics Solutions technical team.

"This warranty gives consumers additional peace of mind when using Avery Dennison and Roland products," said Julie Gederos, Roland DGA's market development manager. "It reinforces the fact that both companies stand strongly behind their products and ensures large-format customers that they're using equipment, inks and media they can trust."

The Pro 4 XF-640, introduced at ISA 2013 in Las Vegas, is Roland's fastest large-format printer ever, capable of producing crisp, vibrant prints at speeds up to 1,098 sqft./hr. It's designed to take full advantage of the Roland's wide-gamut, GREENGUARD Gold-Certified Eco-Sol MAX 2 inks, specially formulated for rich color, exceptional detail and superior scratch resistance. Digital media products created using the Pro 4 XF-640, Eco-Sol MAX 2 inks and Avery Dennison digital media are durable, high-resolution prints offering outdoor and indoor application versatility for vehicle wraps, promotion and architectural graphics.
