Print Production Specialist
The Senior Wide-Format Print Production Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day operation and management of Roland DGA’s production/demo room, supporting Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and other internal teams with high-quality printed materials, samples, and graphics.This hands-on role oversees the complete print production process—from file preparation and production planning through printing, finishing, and delivery of the final product. The ideal candidate has strong technical knowledge of digital printing technologies and is comfortable operating and maintaining a variety of Roland DG equipment, including UV, latex, eco-solvent, and other digital production systems.
The Senior Wide-Format Print Production Specialist will produce materials for trade shows, events, product launches, dealer programs, sales initiatives, customer samples, dealer kits, marketing campaigns, and other business needs. This position requires someone who can balance technical expertise, attention to detail, creativity, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
This is a fully in-person position based at Roland DGA’s Irvine, California office, five days per week. This is a hands-on individual contributor role with no direct reports. The position may occasionally oversee temporary or contract production support as needed.
