Roland Care Technical Service Writer DGShape

Roland DGA is looking for a Roland Care Technical Service Writer DGShape to provide technical support to our growing customers under the Roland Care Onsite Service program on the telephone, through online networks and by email. This individual will focus on providing technical support and service coordination for our RCOS program, managing the entire customer experience from monitoring incoming requests, to invoicing the customer at the end of the service event. Ideal candidates will have Dental Lab or Clinical digital restoration experience. Excellent written and verbal communications are required, and bi-lingual is a plus.

Industrial Products Application Specialist

The Application Specialist is responsible for providing product, workflow, and solution expertise to prospects and end users of industrial printers distributed by Roland DG to be launched in Q1 2026. They will work closely with the Industrial Products Sales Manager to perform demos, create samples, and engage in extensive activity with prospects. Time will be split between office-based presales activity and field training and application development for end users.

During the sales process, the Application Specialist will be responsible for demonstrating the suitability of industrial printers for specific customer requirements, as directed by the prospect and the Industrial Printer Sales Manager. This could include developing new techniques for image preparation, identifying primer, post-treatment options, or other elements of a complete printing system. Ongoing contact with the manufacturer’s team will be required to ensure up-to-date knowledge of new features and capabilities, as well as communication of issues, challenges, and opportunities. Frequent communication with ink and material vendors will be necessary to stay abreast of new developments and solve end user problems.

Post-sale, they will train and support end users to implement industrial print technology effectively into the users’ workflow. Software, material compatibility, and image quality support will be crucial to customer success, and are all included in the Application Specialists’ responsibilities, along with cooperation with the manufacturer to develop fixtures for new object shapes as necessary. As part of the Industrial Print team, the Application Specialist will also communicate new findings and successes to marketing and the global New Market Development team for inclusion in case studies and documentation moving forward. The Industrial Products Application Specialist is expected to generate application related written and video content for inclusion in Roland DG’s knowledge base, available to end users and other members of the Industrial Print Team around the world.

Ink Application Specialist

Roland DGA is hiring an Ink Application Specialist! This in-office role is ideal for someone passionate about print technology and innovation. You’ll work hands-on with Roland DG hardware, testing and qualifying inks to develop new applications. You’ll collaborate with global teams, partner with ink vendors, and engage with beta users and industry experts to deliver real-world solutions.

Industrial Sales Manager

This field-based sales position reports directly to the CSO (Chief Strategy Officer). It is responsible for sales of the industrial products direct to end users. Products to be launched in Q1 2026 are Roland DG’s first entry into the industrial print segment, and success with them is expected to result in a broader portfolio of products over time. As a result, close alignment with local management, DG management, and global peers is necessary to ensure that lessons learned while developing this new segment are quickly shared and new ideas are acted upon.

Director of IT

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across all IT functions. You will collaborate with senior leadership, global IT teams, and key stakeholders.
