TrueVIS Resin Ink Printer Brings Additional Quality and Efficiency

Elite Wrappers   |   Sydney, Australia

Vehicle wrap and branding specialists Elite Wrappers, based in Sydney, Australia, recently purchased the TrueVIS AP-640 resin printer to more efficiently produce its high volume of vehicle graphics output.    Chris Dunning Owner and founder Chris Dunning has been impressed with the performance of his AP-640, noting that the reliability of the resin printer has been a critical factor for their business.  "Our customers are based in the transport industry. When they tell us that this truck needs to be done at this time on this day, we know we can commit and always deliver."

“We know that we’ve got a product here that not only compliments what we need, but we’ve got something that will take our business to that next level.”

Nathan Greentree, operations manager for Elite Wrappers, uses the AP-640 resin printer in conjunction with Roland DG Connect software to manage print production. "(The AP-640) is probably the most trustworthy machine I've had. Especially when you connect it with the Roland Connect software that lets me monitor from anywhere... I can come in in the morning and I have a full 50-meter roll ready to laminate and go." Chris Dunning

Faster Production

With their new resin printer, Elite Wrappers estimates that a semi-trailer cab and barrel wrap that used to take up to three days now takes only one-and-a-half days - effectively cutting their production time in half.
