Symptom
​Unable to start the print job. Alert message “Adjust height, press Start to restart or Tray to reset garment”.

Cause
​This is due to an issue with the material height due to the optical sensors.

Solution

​The center of the cassette tray has an optical sensor for detecting the height of the material and uneveness of the surface.

Remove the cassette and reset the material making sure it lays flat before installing the cassette back into the BT-12 printer.

Press and hold the down arrow button for “Adjust Height” on the control panel.  Meanwhile look in the area of the inserted cassette tray. 
The optical sensor emits a red beam across the width.  Press the down arrow until you can the beam across the width of the tray,
then release the down arrow button.  Press start.
