Why can’t the device be switched from CMYKMt -Wh or CMYKWh –Mt?
Answer
The white and metallic silver ink use larger pigments than the regular process colors that bond to the ink lines and cannot be flushed out completely with a head wash. The entire plumbing system is affected and color shifts prevent consistency in print quality.
