Cause
The BN-20 can print on media by the sheet but only within certain ranges.
Solution
When loading media by the sheet the BN-20 sends a message stating The Pinch Roller position is incorrect.
Cause
The BN-20 can print on media by the sheet but only within certain ranges.
Solution
The sheets must be within one of the following ranges in order for the BN-20 to read and correctly load media
150 t0 170 mm (5.9 to 6.7 inch)
200 to 235 mm (7.9 to 9.3 inch)
287 to 322 mm (11.3 to 12.7 inch)
348 to 383 mm (13.7 to 15.1 inch)
393 to 429 mm (15.5 to 16.9 inch)
439 to 474 mm (17.3 to 18.7 inch)
487 to 515 mm (19.2 to 20.3 inch)
