BN-20 Connectivity Issues

Occasionally on an install, the BN-20 does not appear to connect to the host computer.  There are a few reasons for this to occur.

1. Incompatible versions of Driver/Utility Software - Make sure when installing the software for the BN-20 that you are using the most up to date versions of the driver and utility app. Also, confirm the version of Windows and 32/64 bit compatibility.
2. The BN-20 is connected to the computer prior to the driver installation. In that case, please follow the procedure below to resolve. Always remember to connect the printer after installing the software.

Steps to uninstalling the BN-20 Driver
1. Open registry editor – "regedit"
2. Search for the entry "WinUtility": 
Computer - HKEY_CURRENT_USER - Software - Roland DG Corporation - WinUtility
3. Delete the entry "WinUtility"
4. Restart your pc

After installatin please re-install the software.
