Cause
Roland devices have multiple failsafe mechanisms to protect critical components. The machine will stop operations when any of these failsafes are triggered.
Solution
There has been a communication failure between components in the printer. Turn the printer’s power off and then back on. If the error continues, record the error and contact your local Roland Service Center.
