Download and install the latest firmware updates from Roland DGA’s Technical Support Website.
Once the file has finished downloading, locate the installation instructions and follow the process described in the document.
If the error persists, record the error message; note the steps of when it occurs then contact your local Roland Service Center for further assistance.
Note:
To find out which version of firmware you have, on most devices, go to the printer’s Control Panel and hit the MENU button. Scroll until you find SYSTEM INFO and hit the right arrow button. Scroll, once again, until you find FIRMWARE and hit the right arrow button to see the version installed on your device.
