Symptom
​Hard printer failure in the scan direction

Cause
​Heavy load in the carriage direction, age of the scan motor, high duty cycle.

Solution
​Check for any obstructions in the cutter carriage/print carriage direction. This error can occur if you had a head strike during printing. Contact your local Roland Dealer.
