Symptom
Machine has Y-oveload at peak when powering on the device.
Cause
The table may have too much weight to intialize the machine-and or dust/material may be on the ball screw.
Solution
Remove all material from the table and perform regular maintenance(in users manual) and move the table manually with hands a few inches from the fault area. When the unit is powered on the fault should no longer come up.
