Symptom
Unable to get any movement in either X, Y or Z axis.

Cause
It could be a variety of reasons for a problem in one of the 3 axis.

Solution

Possible defects in the X, Y or Z axis:

1. Damaged drive gear, broken teeth or cutting dust restricting any movement.

2. Defective drive motor

3. Damaged power cable to the motor

4. Defective IC driver on the main board.
