Answer
First you need to import a bitmap by clicking on the file and then import the bitmap. Once the bitmap is imported and selected, click on the Bird logo on the very right on the second row under Create Vectors. Click on either the color black or white (depending on your bitmap). Click fit to vector and your bitmap will now become vector lines.
