Symptom
Invalid License message appears on monitor connected to media player.

Cause
​If the user has disabled a network connection, the license may become invalid.

Solution

Steps to Resolve: Enable all available connections
1. Stop DisplayStudio.
2. Go to ‘Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections’.
3. Make sure both the LAN and WiFi networks are ‘Enabled’.
4. Start DisplayStudio to see if the message appears again.
If a new error message appears: "Please activate this player"
1. Write down the letters & numbers that appear below the barcode.
2. As the customer for the license number located on the bottom of their media player. It begins with "RO".
3. Email the RDS product manager this information.
