Error Code "101E-****"

Error Code "101E-****" The % milling bur might be broken.

Note: % indicates a milling bur stocker number from 1 to 15.

Cause #1

• The milling bur is broken.
• The milling bur holder is out of position.

Solution

1. Hold down the operation button on the built-in panel.
   1. This will clear the error.
2. Check the status of the milling bur.

When the milling bur is broken:
Replace the milling bur with a new one.

When the installation position of the milling bur holder is not appropriate:
Install the milling bur holder in the correct position.
Refer to User Manual P. 45 "Step 3: Setting the Milling Bur".

Cause #2
The milling conditions may be excessively strict.

Solution

1. Hold down the operation button on the built-in panel.
   1. This will clear the error.
   2. Review the CAM settings and the shape specified in the CAD data.

If the Error Occurs Again
The collet may have worn out and its ability to retain the milling bur may have deteriorated. Replace the collet with a new one.
