Rotary Axis Unit Maintenance

We highly recommend performing periodic maintenance cycles and procedures. Here is a quick topic that is not included when diagnosing milling issues. For this example, I chose the DWX-52D to explain the points of inspection on the Rotary Axis Unit.

Start by listing the parts and functions, which are typically included in the Set-Up guide for each device.

During the maintenance process, it is important to inspect the screws on the Clap Assembly and the Adapter, to ensure that they are tight and that the assembly does not vibrate, causing issues during milling. We suggest having customers perform this inspection monthly during their maintenance time.
