Are machines with the same ID connected to the computer at the same time?
Connecting more than one machine with the same ID to a computer at the same time may cause the computer to shut down. If the computer shuts down, turn off the power of all connected machines, and then disconnect the USB cables from the computer.Restart the computer, and then start VPanel. If VPanel will not start, reinstall it. After that, configure the set-tings so that no machines are assigned the same ID.Refer to the "Setup Guide" ("Connecting Multiple Units ") to perform the work.
