Situation/Error Cause
The operation may be inhibited by milling waste or an obstruction.
 
Procedure
  1.  Turn off the power.
  2.  Remove any objects blocking the operation of the machine and any accumulated milling waste.
  3.  Turn on the power, and then resume operation.
