Symptom
Cutting Carriage does not move smoothly or you can hear an abnormal noise causing irregular cuts.
Cause
Dust and material adhesive adhere to the cutting carriage shaft preventing the carriage from moving freely.
Solution
Remove the shaft cover, wipe and remove any debris adhering to the shaft. Lightly lubricate with machine oil. Using too much oil can cause stains on your material. Just place one small drop towards the middle of the shaft. Once completed, replace the shaft cover and perform a test cut.
