Symptom
Customer updates Adobe Illustrator CC and the CutStudio plugin no longer works.
Cause
The Adobe Illustrator CC extension manager is not updating when the customer updates AI CC.
Solution
The Adobe Extension Manager installation is incomplete. It’s recommended to download and install the Extension Manager from here: http://www.adobe.com/exchange/em_download/. After you’ve downloaded and installed the Adobe Extension Manager, please try installing the plugin again.
