Cause
Pinch rollers might not be aligned properly to the grit roller segments. This error could occur if they are not fully centered.

| Press the ENTER key, and lower the loading lever. Move the pinch rollers to the correct positions, and load the material again. Reference:Loading the Material | |
| Note: If the message appears even if the pinch rollers are moved to the correct positions, the machine may be exposed to direct sunlight or intense indoor lighting. Turn off the power, and move the machine where it is not exposed to direct sunlight or indoor lighting. After moving the machine, turn on the power. | |
