Symptom
The GS-24 is cutting through the backing material and even the cutter pad.
Cause
The contour cutter blade could be adjusted out too far
The cut down force could be set too high for this material
Solution
Start off by checking the extension of the blade in the blade holder. Check your cutting force setting.
