Loaded material and generated a motor error during media feed.
Cause
The GS-24 is experiencing a heavy load resulting in the motor error.
Solution
1. Turn off the power, check to make sure the material is feeding properly
2. When cutting thick material, set HEAVY in the cutting quality settings

2. When cutting thick material, set HEAVY in the cutting quality settings
3. An overload was placed on the machine due to a material jam or similar cause. Make sure to check the weight of the roll and that it is spooling off the roll properly
