Cause
​Check the condition of the GS-24 cutter protection pad on the bed surface. The pad might have a deep groove causing the poor cut quality. Any signs of vibration during cutting is another sign of a defective cutter pad.

Solution

​Replace the cutter pad.  Part Number: 1000018621 Description:  Pad Cutter 2 GS-24. Please contact your selling dealer. Or for customers in the Roland DGA territory- United States, Canada & Latin America (excluding Brazil).
