Causa
​Outputting a CMYK file and a Gloss file separately could cause this problem
Solución

Check if the page size of CMYK file is the same as that of Gloss file. You do not have to create the CMYK, White, or Gloss files separately. You can create a print file including all color settings in different layers. Please consult the white and clear printing guide available on the support page for your product.
