Roland VersaWorks Reporting "File is Corrupted" Error

Setting Proper Admin Rights for VersaWorks
Make sure you are logged into the computer with an account that has full administrator privileges. Then click on the File Explorer (yellow folder) on your task bar. In the Navigation Pane at the top of the window click on View, put a check in the "Hidden Items" box.
7. Click on the Security tab.
8. Click the Edit button and make sure that "Full control" is checked for all users.
9. Close Properties.

- Click on this PC on the left and double click on the Local C: drive.
- Double click on Program Data folder to open it.
- Double click on the Roland DG VersaWorks folder to open it.
- Right click on the VersaWorks folder and select "Properties".
- Click on the Sharing tab, then Advanced Sharing. Make sure the "Share this folder" box is checked.
- Click OK to close this window.
7. Click on the Security tab.
8. Click the Edit button and make sure that "Full control" is checked for all users.
9. Close Properties.
