Cause
​Internal communication error.

Solution
This is a communication error between some of the printer’s electronics.
  • Turn the printer’s power off and then back on.
  • Check the network connection to the printer on both the printer end and the computer.
  • If you are connecting through a network hub or switch, try directly connecting with a cross over cable.
  • If a cross over cable is already being used, try a new cable.
If the error continues, record the error and contact your local Roland Service Center.
