Solution
Please try to perform [ Z-AXIS CENTER OFFSEADJUSTMENT].
Even if you still have a problem, please try to re-install the ZCL-650 to the MDX-650 and then perform the adjustment.
Note: There is the possibility to cut the data more precisely with using G-Code. If you use the G-Code, the MDX-500 can cut something with the mechanical resolution
