There could be a variety of reasons for this noise.

Solution

Check the following points in order.

Check whether the spindle belt has reached its life expectancy. The life expectancy of the spindle belt is 2000 hours.

Check whether the spindle belt tension is correct.

If you still have a problem when you check above 2 points, the spindle unit is defective. Replace the spindle unit. Standard spindle life is 2000 hours. Life expectancy of the ATC spindle is 5,000 hours.

If you still have a problem when you replace the spindle unit, check the cut line or the bad contact of the X/Y flexible cable.

If you still have a problem when you check the X/Y flexible cables, check the running time of the spindle motor. Change the spindle motor.
