Cause
Abnormal spindle temperature, caused by one of these factors.
Solution
1. The overload could be due to heavy engraving conditions, reset the conditions properly.

2. Defective spindle unit, exceeded the expected life. Replace spindle unit.
3. Defective spindle motor, exceeded the expected life. Replace spindle.
4. Defective thermistor board or connections to the board.
