My file does not load into DisplayStudio.
Cause
Either the file is too large, 1Gb or larger, or the file format is not supported.
Solution
Make sure the file being loaded is less than 1Gb and the pixel size is approximately 1920x1080. If the file still does not load, make sure it is a supported file type: JPG, PNG, PPT, PPTTX, PDF, MOV, MP4, SWF. The following video formats are also supported but their playback quality may not be as good as others: AVI, DIVX, XVID, WMV, FLV, MKV, M4V. GIF files are not supported.
