Symptom
Media is shifting to one side causing inaccurate cut lines.
Cause
Pinch Roller may be dirty or worn out. Grit roller may also have dust build up.
Solution
Try to clean pinch roller by wiping away any dirt or grime. If pinch roller is worn out (approximately 24 months) it may need to be replaced. Alos cleaning the grit roller periodically with a brush can will help with media tracking.
