Steps to resolve a garment misfeed error on the BT-12
Solución
Issue - Garment Misfeed Error
Cause - Packing material still located in the printer.
Resolution - When setting up the printer, remove all the orange sticker strips. There is one that pulls out a white foam piece with it. Check to see if the foam piece is still inside. Refer to this video on minute 1:17 for more information.
